Baby It’s Cold Outside

A few weeks ago, Evie’s Closet released the absolutely gorgeous Winter Gown. It can be worn with long or short sleeves and has a pretty bustle. My favorite part, though, is the lace back. How stunning is that?!

I’ve been waiting for the opportunity to use the Dominion pose from oOo and for some reason it seemed appropriate. The chair is part of oOo’s Easy 4 pose which is part of a series of chairs being released.

Yesterday I blogged this gorgeous new hair and today I wanted to go ahead and give you the full dose. I had paired the Blacklace corset with a pair of jeans and these sexy black boots. If you look closely at the corset it in this photo it looks a bit different and that’s because I’ve detached the sculpt attachment and let just the detailing of the system layer corset show. As I mentioned yesterday this corset is only available for another week, that is until 1-13-2012 and after that will be discontinued permanently.

I’ve been kinda in a odd place with my av. I like her appearance don’t get me wrong but 2+ years wearing the same skin gets boring. Thing is, there is no skin I love more than the Jolie skin from Dutch Touch on my avatar. When I put a different skin on her, she doesn’t doesn’t feel like “me” anymore so I’m sticking with it for awhile longer. I did go for a bit of a hair color change though and I’m totally loving this “new” me.

hey all, sorry for this gap in posts, just don’t have any outfits to blog, but i did manage to quickly (very quickly) put this outfit together. i was digging around my inventory and came across this coat from ” sweetest goodbye ” when i first got the coat a while ago i was IN LOVE and now that i came across it today the love is still there its just a very amazing coat love the way they sculpted it, the buttons, the collar AHHHH just so gorgeous. sadly the store is no more so u wont be able to buy it . i know u all will remember these trousers from last look from celoe its my favorite bottoms i own AND I JUST HEARD THEY HAVE NEW STUFF OUT, so u better get yo asses over there and buy buy buy. FYI this is the first picture i did WITHOUT shadows *shocked face* i dunno the latest version of the viewer wont let me turn them on makes the viewer look funny, im guessing its coz they up’d the quality of the shadows and my graphics card cannot handle it *shrugs* i will just go back to the last version.

I might be biased, but the Bravo set from MOOD is one of my favorite finds at Four Corners. I don’t think there is anything like this in SL! It is a collection of shoulder jewels, earrings, and cuffs that is a mix of brightly colored feathers, luxurious platinum chains, black satin, and sparkling diamonds. There are two versions of shoulder jewels – one with the gorgeous feathers and one without. There’s also two sets of coordinating earrings, feather dangles and large diamond studs. To complete the look is a pair of satin, diamond trimmed cuffs. This set is unique, gorgeous, and absolutely stunning.

I put this blogpost together last night while I was desperately trying to stay awake for the 4 corners Event in the Meow sim, which I made it to…but then fell asleep right after -.- . So this was the first thing I’ve done this morning! :3 I will try to include info for the event in my next post, though I know lots of great bloggers who have already started posting pics. Now a lil about this post! Fashionably Dead (fd) just released 5 new hairstyles out for December! I think by far Pebbles is my favorite but each of them is super cute and the colors that Toast Bard uses on her hairs are BEAUTIFUL. Also Miel has these amazing snowshoes as their current subscriber gift…thats right totally free! That is definitely one group you should all join, since they always give out really nice gifts. Last but not least I wanted to mention this wonderful store I stumbled upon, called RaMa Rowanberry, created by Corci Faullon (Faullon Resident). She has a lil bit of everything, makeup, tattoos, clothing, bags, but by far my favorite items she makes are her jewelry. They are so different and so cute! Everything in her store has personality and it just adds to any look you have on, Go check it out!

You Taste Just Like Glitter Mixed With Rock & Roll

Ello!

Guess what I found today? SHOES! Not only shoes but shoes I must have which is even better! Oh and I have glitter as well! Today was pretty much all round epic.

So yeah, the shoes. Now I realise that they aren’t to everyones tastes but really, how can you not love ridiculously high heels that could never be worn in real life? They come in a variety of colours and have a butt load of customisable bits too (“butt load” is the technical term too btw). Onto the glitter! This skirt along with two others are *Fishy Strawberry*’s item up in The Dressing Room this week and as *Fishy Strawberry* are also the featured shop this week if you TP to the main store this jacket is available for a reduced price too so hop on over fast as it will only be reduced for a limited time. I decided to go accessory mental with this and added this necklace from AddiCt (btw, this was a total pain for me to fit. It might just be me but thought I would give you a heads up), gloves from [GLUE INK], earrings from R.A.Crystal, bracelets from *BOOM* and lip ring from :Hebenon Vial:. Phew! This amazing hair is from LoQ and I kinda love it. It does have to be worn with a hair base though but this is handily included in the pack. I haven’t blogged in 4 days. I’m sorry for the neglect but I do have a BUNCH of stuff to show you. First of all, I went to the Vintage Fair (finally). While I have a few issues with “fairs” in general (people that I was talking to while there know about them), I must say I was surprised by how little lag there was. I still haven’t finished (only two sides of the outer perimeter to go) but I figured I’d show you what I’ve purchased so far. Starting with this neato 50′s Yellow Dress from CandyDoll (available in two other colours as well). I have to admit, this is definitely something I’ll probably only wear like, twice but when I first saw it on Flickr, I just HAD to have it. I adore it and it really is such an amazing representation of a decade. Sunhats are another item that brings the 50′s to mind (Beach pinups anyone?) Sway has this great vintage Summerhat out as a free gift so don’t forget to pick it up! (Along with all the other offerings Sway has!)

The dress I am wearing below is available at the current round of The Fashion Garrett and is by Vackra.

I love the cut of this dress because it covers you completely other than the two cut out sections on the side so you show a glimpse of skin as you move around and not everything is on show. I think a little glimpse of skin from time to time is a really sexy look.

I am also wearing a new hair by CaTwA which is a hair shop that I don’t visit often but thought I would pop down to after seeing a few styles I liked across the blogs.

This style is a pretty up do with braids and I matched it up with a hairband from (NHA!) to make it extra glamorous, especially with the earrings which are also from (NHA!) and bought in their recent sale.

Again I am wearing the new release skin by -Sorry.Asia- because quite frankly it’s just gorgeous and topped the look of with my Red Leather Prestige Boots by Bax.
