More New Hair Releases – This Time from dDx

Cajsa informed me, upon seeing this styling, that I looked like I was about to go TP the principals house. I suppose this might be true, I’m wearing the really youthful Piper skin from Adam n Eve and the quirky twisty braids from dDX are definitely hipper than I am.

I’m also wearing a new and timely release from rezIpsa Loc – the LuV tee shirt. Yeah I’m paving the way for ALL THE LOVE STUFF THAT IS TO COME OH YES I AM BECAUSE HERE COMES VALENTINES DAY. :) But it’s super cute.

The dDx hair comes in three new styles, I’ve chosen the auburn color because I I love the tone on this one but she’s got a range of colors for her hair so make sure you demo to find the one you love best.

Seasons Gatcha Event : WINTER!

When the seasons hunt ended, many people were saddened! It used to be one of my personal favourite hunts and it was stuffed full of quality items. However, the brand that was the Seasons Events hasn’t been allowed to die. A small team has pulled the designers back together for a different type of event… The Seasons Gatcha Event! This will run 4 times a year, one for each season, and so now I am proud to announce THE SEASONS GATCHA EVENT: WINTER!!!
I know I’ve covered gatcha events before but as a reminder, a gatcha machine is like a game of chance. For a set fee, you will get one of the prizes offered in the items display board, for example if a gatcha contains 12 pairs of shoes in different colours at 25L per try, then when you have paid your 25L you will get one pair of shoes shown in one of the colours shown. Unless stated otherwise, these prizes should be Transferable, so you can collect and trade the items, and many of these things will make great gifts!!!
The event is set up so that all gatchas are located around the edge of the central ice-skating pond, and there will be 1 store per tree stump, so if you are only looking for one store then you only need to find one stump! This event runs until JANUARY 28th at 12am SLT! Hopefully it will be the first of many Seasons Gatcha events! I love a game of chance, and when all the prizes are so good, everyone is a winner hehe!

[►]  Helloo lovies! Today was an awesome shopping day! It started off with the abduction of Mrs ZombiePopcorn herself, Jenica Penucca.  We spent the better part of the day tping around stores, looking for cute stuff and by the end of the day I made her do a blog post with me.  We were just far too cute not to!  We stumbled across MARIKO, a cute little skin shop that I’d never been to.  The skins there are completely adorable and to make it even better, they’re all 50% right now, so if you like the skin I’m wearing, I highly recommend you check the shop out, sooner, rather than later! I’m wearing some things I picked up at Fashionably Late and *Crazy*.  I love the new mesh boots I picked up there.  I’ve been looking for an opportunity to wear the flower headband from LaGyo and was able to work it into this outfit.  I realize the flowers are a bit big, but its mod if you wanna size them down a bit, you can.  Jenica’s all decked out in a really cute dress she picked up at PRISS.  The bag she’s carrying is also from PRISS annnnnd free to good homes! So if you have a penchant for bags or accessories, its a good one to grab! ♥

Winter is well and truly upon us in my part of the world, the temperature has dropped and I wake up wanting to stay in bed all day! Project Themory is all about the Holiday Madness this week, and the stores seem to have pulled out the stops to bring the madness to you! At the time of posting only Riddle was totally MIA, but I had problems in getting the texture to appear at The Skinnery too. I think that the designer may have put a temporary texture on the box, although the item is there… I will make sure I get pictures up of these things as soon as I can!

It was always the same. She ate too much at gallery openings. Now she was not able to take any pictures because her hands were covered with chocolate. It was really tricky to be a reporter.

Insane Focus exhibition

Many events are going on today. One of them will be the opening party of the Insane/Focus exhibition at Lust4Art. Moolfryt Klang and Loviathar Hellman show pictures they took on their travels. They are intense and definitly worth to have a look at. Its even possible to buy them so that you can decorate their home with them. As Loviathar Hellman is the owner of Virtual/Insanity she built a gift for the opening party. Its the keychain with the camera. The opening party starts at 11 am SLT today. Club Industry DJ Demonica Bade will float the sim with some great music. The shirt is the current 22769 groupgift. Its included in a male and a female version and comes even with pants. The shirt goes well with the current temperatures as it is very warm. Today is a black friday sale going on. The Abyss sells those leather pants there for 100L$. They are also sold in a version for guys there. Beside the Abyss some other brands tak part in the sale. To go there you need to join thewarehouse group.
Some days ago was my rezzday. The cookie belongs to the Rez day gift from Concrete Flowers. There are some more munchies included into it.
