One hundred! This is my 100th style post on this blog. It is amazing to me, because 7 months ago exactly today, I decided to start all over again in SL. Yesterday, I decided to try to just use one viewer and not two after listening to a Q&A video with Jessica Lyon. It’s long but worth the listen, I learned so much about v1, v2, and so much more! I love pastel colors in both lives, and I figured that this is good, considering that tomorrow is Christmas. After my finals finished, I had some time to think about things in sl (and out of it, for that matter). I shut down SL Fashion on Tumblr recently, because I got busy and then it was overwhelming. The next thing in line is Ohna’s skins. I posted a little image explaining why and all before. I have an unwritten rule for this blog: do not reuse a hair, until I finish wearing the rest of them at least once.* That rule is broken for today, because I love this hair and since it was made in black, I have fallen in love with it once again and it is now part of my favorite hairs of all-time list in SL. This one will be out for a while, and it’s only 15L! I am not sure what my actually goal was supposed to be when I set out to blog this dress from Connors, but this is what I ended up with. I think the result is pretty neat. Seeing this, one of your first thoughts probably was wondering what’s up with my face. I kind of wanted it to look like I was sleepy or something similar. I know that a lot of people like accessories, which are fun, but I really wanted to look like I was sleepy/waking up. You don’t accessorize to go to sleep 
Anyway, so I finally bought some real feet from SLink and I really like them because they are mesh, and blend amazingly! SLink also seems to be friendly with my skins when it comes to skin matching, so it’s win win.

I have so much to say and share. First, I was wearing this skin and I really liked it again, even though it was meant to be a beta. The combo of the skin, this new hair from Fab-U-Lous and these earrings made me want to seek something to wear them all with! This new dress from Priss fit awesomely. I had no need to add much at all, and as one can see, it is made beautifully. I really loved the design of it. As for the skin, since it was somewhat of a beta, I decided to sell it on marketplace for only 1L because it is nice, and not like any of my others (it was a tester skin really).

My last post made me want to explore more items that are mesh and fit well for curvier avs. I never heard of the store called Maai until I read about their sale on another blog. They also make nice items that are not mesh as well but after demoing this skirt from them, I had to make sure that I left the shop with it. This skirt only comes in one size though but two versions, one with the belt and one without. So this is just a simple styling that I have had on my mind all day.

Notice anything different about me today? If not, I changed my shape to fit this new cute mesh dress from DCNY. When I tried it with my regular shape, it didn’t work well. When I tried it with my curvy shape, it fit amazingly. At most, I only had to take my boobs down about 3 points. It comes in two sizes and I’m wearing the Regular size here! I heard many say that mesh items are hard to fit if you are curvy! That was not the case with this dress at all, so if you are, check out the demo! I have always had this shape from the start, but never used it (several reasons). I will be using it on occasion though

I have a little confession. I forget to wear long hairs, it takes me so long to wear them, even though I don’t really buy many anyway. This hair might be considered medium length but it is long to me. Anyway, yesterday was pretty average and I’m glad that I finally got to style the new cardigan from Priss. I also caved and bought a new skin, I think it would be my secondary skin because it’s growing on me.

Gearing up for fall. Lots of newness,
je suis has new scarfs out with a gorgeous pattern design, and
Wasabi Pills released some new hairstyles – Kimmy and Miu. The scarfs come in a range of colors, so there’s tons of colors to choose from. Both of the new hairstyles include bands that are color change, on Kimmy the side bands are also color change; and the spikes on Miu are color change as well, to either silver or gold. Enjoying a fine day at the sea before the first freeze.
The loverly knits, plaids and argyle made me think of Her Majesty, but I don’t have an old Land Rover so I am portraying a lesser member of the nobility. Perhaps a very distant cousin. My new cow friends, Bessie + Mathilda, wanted me to take some in-world shots of their idyllic farmland home. This worked out just fine for my cozy fall look today, which included this free dress, free moccasin boots, a new $30L color-change beanie by Glow Studio + some free gun pose props by Don’t Freak Out.
Say what you will about guns, but this badass stance put me in the mood to shoot something. *spies Gavin waddling around in a duck avi; takes careful aim*
Here’s another close-up so you can see these suuuperthick lashes by Glow Studio at The Dressing Room that I just can’t seem to take off, tinged with 2 different colors for a nicely dramatic addition to a frex face. I’m also wearing a nice free lariat necklace that I found at Purple Moon (both the beads + metal are texture-change, so they go with just about everything).

Recently the season has changed from summer to fall, which means it’s getting colder here. So it’s inspiring me to bring out my fall looks, which involves a lot of layers.
I’ve seen this
pivaaca’s cardigan for a while, but I haven’t actually gone shopping in a while, so after finally deciding on a color, I picked it up the other day. I think I may have to go back and get more of these cute cardigans. I saw that
Beetlebones released some new merchandise not too long ago, well it was sometime last month, but let’s not focus on the details. Anyways, I’ve been looking for more khaki type pants, so the Beetlebones pants caught my attention right away. Although some of Beetlebones latest releases include mesh items, I haven’t actually ventured into the use of mesh items yet, but I will soon. First I would actually need a viewer that supports mesh. Also,

The other day, I went demo crazy to try hairs for that idea I have been talking about. Once I put on this hair demo, I needed it! Now that I have a great shaved hair base (that is tintable!), the magic begins xd I have too many words of praise for this hair that I am wearing. Before I write all of these words of praise for this hair, let me talk about this sweater from Gawk. I have seen it on various people, and I was happy to hear that there’s a 30% off sale there on all pink female items this weekend. Of course, I nabbed one up.
