I stopped by Elemiah Design the other day … I wanted to pick up this blue dress. I thought it was just so adorable! I love that she makes all her own textures so that they are so much a part of the overall design. On my way  home, I saw this skating rink and had to pretend to be Nancy Kerrigan. True story, I visited the rink where she had her *ahem* accident with Tanya Harding’s goon and I DO have a picture of me recreating the famous “Why me??” pose. I’m not proud of it but I can’t say it’s an isolated incident either!

Where was I? Oh yes … the creative ones of SL. Seriously … Chop Zuey jewelry never fails to impress! I absolutely love this ring and matching earrings! I had no idea what they looked like when I picked them up (free gift) but I usually don’t worry about that when it comes to Belle and her jewelry. I always pick the men’s stuff up too because it can be resized just fine to fit me and again … it never disappoints! The key bracelet is from CentoPallini and its so very me! If Jacqui’s RL person could just get one like this … she’d never have to wonder why her house key was still sitting inside on her desk while she waits to be let in!

Vintage tea put out this scarf (and a red one too!) for their holiday gift. It is just right to throw over your clothes to keep you warm and cozy! I have to say, I dig this scarf because it required zero fitting on my part! I’m putting it into the “Winter Accessories” folder because it makes a great addition to any casual or even semi-dressy outfit! I’ve turned this dressy little jersey number into an cute skating outfit with just a few items!

Eden let me know about a sale at fri.day. I wasn’t really feeling it because I’m trying not to spend L$ but she kept going on about these shoes, the shoes you know the shoes Jacqui you like them the SHOES Jacqui! I popped over and once I saw them, I remembered! I love love love these shoes! They are so classic and yet, with the strap around the heel … they are just … I don’t know MORE. Eden and I spent a good hour standing there, in front of the Dream Booties display discussing the fat pack advantage (1400L$) over just getting a few pairs (100L$/pair)  and which ones would we get. We literally went over every single color versus what can we wear it with what we currently own.

In the end, I got black because black goes with everything and you’ll want to wear this incredibly sleek and well-made shoe with everything. But why am I wearing pink? No sooner had I walked away from the display … I remembered this dress from Elemiah. Funny thing is, I could have gotten it in another color but I had chosen pink. So, I DID get the pink shoes too. The shoes are severely testing my will to be frugal and I am almost to the point of just getting the fat pack* but Jacqui’s RL person REALLY wants this house in her town. Eye on the prize Jac … eye on the prize!

The lovely dress I’m wearing is called Yip and it is mesh. I’m in a medium. I think that once you get Elemiah’s sizing down, you can pretty much use that shape for her mesh stuff. At least so far! Pink is my favorite color but I did nearly get navy because it’s such a rich, nice color. The style really makes a beautiful silhouette and I feel sexy without being overtly so in it. I added on this scarf I picked up at Vintage Fair from Zeery Color Couture. The texture on it is just beautiful and I love the colors! See what I mean about the ring? It is the men’s gift from Chop Zuey but it looks great! The necklace is from Chop Zuey too … and the whole outfit says that subtle is sexy too!

I don’t usually talk about eyes but I’m going to today. My normal eyes are from Fashism. I was introduced to Fashism during some event when the creator was really just going public. I think they make a HUGE difference in my overall look. Well, I was out and about with a friend who was giving himself a makeover and I noticed that Fashism has some eyes for free. I’m wearing these sultry violet eyes in the bottom picture. I am not going to tell you where the free ones are but if you go to the store, you’ll be able to find them. Look around! Fashism’s eyes are sparkly and amazing! I almost hate to share them! In fact, pretty much everything in this post is something from somewhere I hate to share. Two outfits of favorites!
