I’m in love with the sim I chose today for pics, though it’s not really suited for Moniq’s outfit. I went on and took the snapshots here, because it somehow reminded of me going grocery shopping. Of course, I’m not going to the supermarket dressed like that, but whenever I have to buy stuff that’s necessary for the home I’m always a bit lost and undecided. Of course, I’m the queen of buying useless stuff just for the sake of buying it, on the other hand. And that’s how Moniq looks at that market. Would you imagine here negotiating fish prices?
The point of this post? The boots and the bag! I obviously caved in for the new Slink Relax boots, they’re too pretty to say no or look elsewhere. I also love this Chandelle bag, because it looks a lot like a bag that I have in RL, but I’d love it in that color. The skirt is mesh and is an older release by Elymode, the top is Sn@tch, the fur collar is taken from a Voix dress.
The skin is a new release by Essences, called Elena. It comes in five tones and you can also get lipsticks separately. The hair (with matching hairbase) is MADesign’s prize in the Womenstuff hunt.

Dashed over with about 100 other group members and collected the February gift from Filthy…also Valentine themed with a row of sweet hearts across one cheek..three colour tones in the pack so you’re bound to find one you like..Im wearing tan which is rather pretty. There is group join fee, I think its 250L..but with a gift skin each month and discounts on new releases occasionally etc..its certainly worth the cash.
On to some market place finds, Awear have this very sumptuous lingerie set for you. Lush reds, lot of lace..sophisticated no? Its free and transferable, so chaps if you’re looking for something special for your lady…here it is. Alternatively, like moi..I grabbed a set and gave them to my friend awww ! The table is from MiTSouKo & MiTS STuDio, another free item. You get the table and all that’s on it. One of the sweetest things Player did for me was to set up a table like this on Valentines night , go for it and really surprise your adored one.
Do you see the bunch of roses I’m hiding behind my back? Its theeee cutest thing ! From RC Cluster and only 25L..you wear the bouquet and its animated to hide behind you, touch it and your hand moves forwards as if to offer them..when your love touches the bouquet, they receive one with an animated hold to wear…brilliant ! There are also other versions to rez in the box also) The shooz are also from the market place, Pure Poison have them for just 10L ! Sooper cute & stylish..
I also found this adorbs set from Pickles..”valentines day collection” , you get a sofa, pillow pile, rug & lamp, wont cost you a bean and its pretty funky at any time of year…yay pink! Its texture change also and not so high prim…the Valentine countdown board was also a gift on the market place from carpe diem…get one..position it in clear sight…so no one forgets the day !
Izzie’s has this lingerie for only 5L on the market place..you actually get two sets, one with little hearts, one with big…a real steal from a great store- oh look…thats the rose from the bouquet above *squeee*…
I really have some sort of aversion to names that swap S for Z..I dunno why…I just do (I also complain to all & sundry about people who text me using “text type”- Im such an old fart huh?) Anyyyywayyy SDDeZignZ have this lovely chemise & panties on offer for 1L..really pretty..I teamed it up with a limited edition pair of shoes from Pink Label available at The Black Market only 75L and seriously…these are thee easiest shoes to work with, easy HUD, great options …love them thanks Talena xx
Last up I just received this gorjuss group gift from What Next..the valentine mailbox…small join fee required..but again really worth it for the quality gifts you receive..Im wearing the critter set from Pink Label…I love the shorts, sooo many pairs I’ve bought only to find they have that ugly gash look at the crotch..no worries with these !.the matching cardi has the sweetest little critter applique on the front and a larger version across the back…threee colours available at the black market, each set just 35L ! This post is so full of newness and pretty pretty things and pretty pretty new things that I just feel dancing around my desk. Yes, I’m that pixel happy!
Keeping the promise I made in my previous post – here’s more on the new skins released by Dekade – plus two versions of each skin available as store reopening group gift.

Oh gawd..I’m so getting mesh fever lately…when I saw the preview of Leri Miles gift for the seasons palette hunt, I just HAD to go find it. (And you all know how bad Iam at hunts!) It’s wasnt sooo hard to find but it also ensured I got a good tour around the store, which is a greaaaaat thing cause Im sure like me, you usually miss whats around you when you’re hunting and you surely don’t want to miss the goodies on offer here !
The dress is mesh, so you will need a mesh enabled viewer to see it properly. In the box you have a choice of two sizes which is handy dandy..one fitted my shape perfectly with no shape modding required. The dress is just so glamorous…almost vintage in style..reminds me of those Hollywood starlets on the red carpet..slit to the thigh along one side..the fabric is gorgeous..faded pinky burgundy tones…a halter top…adorbs. I love how it clung to my body and moved with me ~happy sigh~…go get lucky and hunt it down !

If you think The Free Dove is just for newbs..think again…I headed over there last week to mooch and came away with a few choice items that I was really chuffed with… It’s a great way to explore designers wares before splurging your cash as everything is free of charge…. The outfit above is from top designer Indyra..I actually bought this when it was new in the store a year or so ago…and I still love it now ! This is the tan version…ethnic looking belt with a long fluted hem skirt and long sleeve tunic style top. Easy to wear and gives you an idea about Indyra’s amazing quality.
I also snapped up this leisure suit from Apple May. Gawd I can recall when this store opened and I spent most of my hard earned cash there everyyyyyy day ! Its huge now and going strong, great skins and clothing plus much more ! The free outfit is a denim look pair of jeggings that have cuffed ankles…and the sweetest little embroidered tank..I think its cute enough to get away with wearing out & about !
Go take a peek at The Free Dove, guys there are heaps of items for you also. Gone are the bad old days of it all being a bit of a jumble…its pretty much laid out in categories now…you wont leave empty handed.
