One of the best things about moving into my houseboat has been redecorating and making the empty shell my own. I’ve been kitchen shopping but living on a boat, I find that space is a huge consideration and I just can’t throw in much of the furniture pieces I like because I don’t have space. BUT PRAISE SWEET LITTLE BABY JESUS Lisp Bazaar has the best kitchen on the planet AND it has a nautical theme, for sale at Collabor88.
My friend’s mother used to always insist that the dishes all be done before you left the house every morning. WTF? That’s the craziest thing I ever heard. Am I really supposed to get up EARLY enough to DO THE EFFIN DISHES TOO? Not a chance suckaz.
I do not mind doing dishes when it’s just a click though. And the bubbles are pretty.

I am still settling in to my new place, living in smaller quarters with the ocean as my yard is taking a little getting used but I admit, I kind of like it.
Trompe Loeil released a gorgeous couple of sets of patio furniture recently and now that I’m getting settled in to sorting out my living arrangements, I thought that this set fit exactly for my new deck.
I have to admit that I settled on this set for my deck because it smacked of when we’d visit people with a nice lanai or deck, and they always had gorgeous wrought iron furniture, made to last with a great constructed look.
And those overalls were a great find that I picked up from Siss Boom that I discovered after sifting through Blogging Second Life. Which kind of excited me because YAY for cute new things right?
It’s perfect for my new place. So who wants to come over and sit on it?

I look forward the the two weekend event of Spruce Up Your Space each month. There will, however, only be one weekend of the event for this month. This home and garden event features some of the best designers in Second Life and includes items shaped around a theme. April Showers is perfect for the month of April and today in particular since it’s pouring the rain irl for me! Products are priced at no more than 150L each and will be out through midnight SLT Sunday. It’s really difficult for me to choose a personal favorite for this round since it features so many of my favorite designers with spectacular pieces, but I have been looking for a type of river for my skybox, and I think that the rain pathway from Organica is going to look so cute! Can’t wait to get everything set up!

Luna Jubilee keeps on going strong with her 52 weeks of color challenge! This week is for pinkish thistle colors. …than we shall begin…I dipped into the MHOH Hunt today for a few moments..I saw Spargel & Shine are participating…I love their gear..so had to go see if I could find their gift! It wasnt so so hard to spot - thank goodness …you all know how truly abysmal I am at hunts…anywayyy…it was this stunning couch/seat/chaise affair…literally stufffed with poses for males & females…it dispenses wearables for certain animations..classy and high quality…and I absolutely MUST find a place for it in my home !

I’m sort of late to the game this round, but I thought I’d still take some time to share with you the amazing things you can find at this month’s collabor88.
In the image above my hair, outfit, couch, wall art and some of the accessories can all be found there. I love this very french inspired theme, and you will (or have) find that you really do want just about everything you can afford at the event.
I will blame my being late with blogging on this stunning themed skybox that was created just for this round of collabor88. I spent days now just filing it up with all of my favorite things. I love this space, the build is really well crafted, as can be expected from barnes. It comes with the city surround, but there is still a ton of opportunity for light to fill up the space, giving your windlight a workout.
As it seems to be my luck lately, as I was just pondering what bed to use in this space, I received notification about this newly released bedroom set. Soon as I saw the images I knew it would be absolutely perfect in this space. The white washed carved wood of all the furniture really finishes off the space for me. I love the bedding they went with also…PLUS…not only does it look good, it’s very functional.. there are well over 200 poses packed into that bed – Friends, Loves, Singles, Scenes…you name it! I didn’t capture all of the pieces in the set, but there is an amazing wardrobe also (I tried desperately to squeeze it in, I swear, its LOVELY!) which opens and reveals a closet full of clothes. Even the chandelier pictured above can be found with this set.

Sparrowtree Studio Poses have released 3 different pose boxes – Sapphire, Aquamarine and Garnet for this weeks GFW @ Jersy Shore. Since box comes with 6 different poses and the best thing is they are modifyable. In my picture I changed the texture that they came with to one I already had. As soon as I realised it was mod I had to have a go changing it – I can’t help myself!
