A new event has been set up by the creators of the Cookie Jar Markets, this is the Home and Garden Designer Warehouse. The event opens with 6 designers offering some of their home and garden furnishings. There are a number of things out on offer for each designer, I have chosen to show the exclusives for this event, but bare in mind that these aren’t the only things out for each designer.
I will admit that my favourite thing in this first round is the Tree House Treasures Reading Shrooms… I love the fantasy feel, like something straight out of Alice in Wonderland, and I am wondering where I could put one of those in my new home!!! We shall see, I may have to talk to my other half hehe!
This event changes every two weeks, so you have time to take a leisurely stroll over to the event!!!

It is chilly bitterly cold here in Ohio! Right now I am sitting in my cozy family room and enjoying a warm fire after having spent the day cooking a traditional polish dinner, homemade pierogies and kielbasa. Yummmm 
I love this outfit, Sweet Winter, from Beautiful Dirty Rich for the Urban Winter Hunt. The Urban Winter Hunt started on January 8th and ends on the 31st. This outfit features an adorable cropped sweater and denim miniskirt. I am wearing one of Truth’s new hairstyles, Velvet and I am still loving G Field’s legwarmers! Today I matched them with their overknee button socks. I am also wearing a brooch from Mood called l’amore vola. The last picture is me after trying to roll out the dough for the pierogies with my two year old daughter! LOL. My baker’s rack is from Awesome Blossom, which is closing tomorrow 
They will be selling their items on marketplace, but until they close their doors tomorrow, everything is 50% off! They have a lot of cute furniture and homes, which are all on sale.
I realized that actions speak louder than words .I know that I promised to blog daily ,but my real life job keeps me away from second life from time to time .That’s why I am not able to do it . Better late than never right? Anyway ,I am still not going anywhere. So every time I’ll see something new I’ll try my best to blog it as soon as possible .So Glamorous Furniture will still be here ,and with a little help I am sure this year will be even better than 2011.

For this week’s 52 Weeks of Color Challenge, I found an adorable, vintage looking satin dress at Fishy Strawberry. It is the perfect shade of coral! I matched it with a vintage gold chain necklace from [glow]. Since it is winter in Ohio (my rl home), my coral dress felt a little summery. So, I headed to GField to look for a sweater. I was not disappointed! I found this adorable, ruffled bolero in ivory. I also found the perfect pair of coral heels and coordinating leg warmers! What a perfect shopping day! My winter skybox is from Magic Nook, my setee is from Awesome Blossom (closing on Jan 15th so having a 50% off sale right now!!), my hair is from D!va, my eyes are Bubblegum from Aphotic Gloom. My skin is Polly from Al Vulo, which I blogged here. My lipstain is from CheLLe.
Taste of Second Life is out for its 80th week with New Year’s Resolutions!! There are lots of cute items for this weekend which will be out through midnight on Sunday. there are candles, books, picture frames, lamps, baskets, a diary, makeup, craft supplies, and more! walk around the showroom and see what you can find.
also, there is a group gift! a really funky set of trunks and a hobo sack.
The Stumblebum Brigade is back, and I couldn’t be more excited! I was very sad to see this event end a year ago; there were always great designers and great products in every sale. Some changes have been made to how the event runs; it is now a biweekly event with two sets of ten designers who will take turns putting out items. With each round, there will also be a guest designer; this round’s guest is oOo Studio. Another change is a set color pallet to set the mood for each round. I really love the colors for this round and for the next round as well!!
