The Last Fifty Linden Friday!

Not only is this the last Fifty Linden Friday of 2011, it is the last Fifty Linden Friday in general! There will be no more Friday fabulousness in the current FLF line-up and that is a sad thing. FLF has been a brilliant event every week since it started a few years ago. Still we should not be sad, the event has brought many smiles to many faces and will continue to do so every time we wear our previous FLF purchases – least I will anyway! Thank you Barb for the event for all this time, you rock for pulling it outta the bag like you have every week!
There are a few MIAs at the time of posting, Zaara, Maitreya, So Many Style and North West had no items out yet, Nordari was nowhere to be seen and I couldn’t find the store in search either, and DECO had its vendors out but the items were not on show so you couldn’t see what you were getting for your money! I will DEFINITELY update this asap!

Look what I can do!

This is a pretty random outfit I know but I realized that I can do mesh (!) items now so I had to give it a try. I also didn’t really feel like looking through my inventory to find a matching outfit….but this doesn’t look too bad right?

The Madison Boots are from DECO and I believe they were giving out as a free group gift (cause I don’t imagine that I would have bought a mesh product before). They are pretty amazing and I’m impressed with what mesh can do. Whether or not it will take over and become mainstream though….I’m not sure. I think there are still many people who don’t have a good enough computer to run SL the way it should be. Either way, it’s amazing to see what is being offered.

The hoodie is from Wynter and I believe it might be available during the Vintage Fair but I’m not exactly sure. It’s SO cute and the knit detail is just awesome.

When I started this blog I wanted to sometimes feature parcel designs, as that is one of the SL activities I enjoy most, planning ahead, choosing a theme, shopping for items. It has recently come to my attention that I’ve been neglecting this millieu. This is how I recently re-decorated my parcel.

Up the walkway, most landscaping plants by Organica, prefab is the Shabby Tea House in light pink, from Molto Bene!

Flower arrangements from Arctic Greenhouse, chandelier and circle-back chair from LISP, other chairs from La’Liscious Designs, butterfly chair from JoHaDeZ, sakura carpet from nocc. tables from Fri.day and North West, goodies from LoveSoul and Artilleri, poche and noctis. Birdcages from Tatty Soup, The Golden Oriole and nordari.
