Hey, y’all. I’m back at work again, and to be honest, I’m exhausted. I was so tired yesterday that I didn’t have the energy to even log in. But I took some nice pics of one of Munch’s new dresses from her Jailbait collection on Sunday night, and even though I had planned to show all of the different dresses to you at once, I figured I’d better post this one for now coz I’m not sure when I’ll finish them all!
So, apparently “lolita” is a no-no word in SL – at least for the powers-that-be. You and I know that “lolita” in an item’s description rarely has anything to do with pedophilia of any kind. No. It’s a fashion style ffs. But, in order to bypass the LL censors, Munch decided to call this collection “Jailbait.” sigh.
And in any case, this particular dress is not even a lolita dress. Nor is it something a piece of “jailbait” would wear. lol But, I digress, I guess. This dress is nothing short of awesome. It is just goth, dammit, and sexy goth, too, without showing much skin. I love it! I don’t know what possessed me to put on this new Redmint hair with this dress, but I fell in love with the look afterward. So, there you go. The little knit hat with the pompoms dangling just “made” this look for me. The dress actually comes with a color-change rose headband. It looked really silly on top of this knit hat, though. :P Man, I must still be tired coz this is not my usual blog “banter.” lol So, I’ll shut up and show you a few more pics.
Look at the cool strappy things – I think they’re the corset laces or maybe they’re bondage straps – hanging down the back of the skirt. I love corset lacings, don’t you? And buckles (or D rings, whatever you want to call them)! Yep, there are buckles, too! Here’s an obligatory (at least for me lol) closeup.
Damn, I love my avatar! This is def one of my new fave photos of her. That Atomic skin certainly doesn’t hurt. lol Just gorgeous skin. I’ve enhanced it a bit with some Adore & Abhor eyeliner – a nice heavy black, of course! I’m also wearing another version of the ni.ju facial piercing available at Perfect Wardrobe, along with a pretty necklace from Earthstones, surprisingly affordable (finally!) at Collabor88. If you haven’t gotten it yet, better hurry over coz it’ll probably be gone very soon. And, yes, again I’m wearing the amazing +:+WTG+:+ nails/jewelry that are made of pure awesomeness, covered in a delightful awesome sauce. What primwork! I drool over these every time I look at them!
Well, that’s enough for tonight. I’ll be back…. whenever. Sooner rather than later, I hope.
