I Too Can Wear Lingerie
I’m not doing the Lingerie Challenge. I might do the Lingerie Challenge. I don’t know. I haven’t decided. But I AM WEARING lingerie, so this should give me some sort of partial participation points.
I’m wearing the gorgeous Feathered Harlot lingerie which is from Somnia and is Mardi Gras inspired, like everything else at the awesome FLUX sale event. It’s more of a market event than a “cheap sale” event and it’s fun to see all the cool Mardi Gras things, there you even get a slice of King Cake just for walking down the street!
This lingerie comes with two styles of panties, depending on how much ass you wanna show and on ALL the layers including tattoo so you know MAX versatility. If you pop over to FLUX – go in all the shops, not just the carts! The shops are chocked FULL of goodies!

Mai in Drowsy
Hiya, folks!
I hope you’re all doing good
I was exploring Drowsy which is finally open again (yay!) and I thought I could take a few snaps to show you the beauty of the sim and also the awesomeness of my latest purchase, the Mai dress from Gizza.
Oh, let me tell you the little story of Mai and me 
I wanted to go get it a few seconds after I received the notice of its release, some weeks ago, but then RL distracted me (naughty RL!!!) and I forgot about it. Then I’ve been away from SL and the web – also my computer – from one week because my right hand needed to rest and when i got back I had to solve my issues with the Phoenix viewer which decided to make me crash every 5 minutes :/
So I killed Phoenix and, being uncomfortable with Firestorm, I tried Singularity and I’m really happy with it, oh yes!
To test Singularity’s behaviour especially in those places where King Lag reigns, I decided to hunt for some cute stuff and when I entered the Gizza store to look for the hunt item I noticed the Mai dress and, after slapping myself, I bought it.
Ok, I bored you enough with my little adventures, now it’s pictures time:
This dress is really beautiful, with its delicate and soft textures. Don’t you agree?

I think the hair from [elikatira] goes absolutely well with the dress, it comes with color change hairband.
The skin is from Pink Fuel and I simply love it (I wonder if there’s any skin from PF that I don’t love?); the lip gloss comes with it and there are so many tones to choose from.
The pearl necklace from [glow] Studio was part of one of the latest TDR collections, I guess it’s available in the shop now.

Ingrid & the Oscars
For the past four year my friend, Harper Ganesvoort, has put on a fun photo contest focused on the true highlight of the Academy Awards – the fashion. This is a very different contest from most in Second Life. It’s a contest sponsored by an individual out of enthusiasm for the art and fashion of Second Life, not by an event seeking to build interest or a store promoting its business. There’s nothing wrong with those contests, but there’s something tremendously right about a contest just for the pleasure of it. You can post entries on Flickr or KoinUp and the rules are very simple. Whether you enter or not, you should definitely take a look at the fabulous fashions.
I chose the fabulous Ingrid gown from Kunglers for a few reasons. Primarily, there’s too little rich color on the red carpet most years and even less print. This dress has a beautiful print underskirt and the colors are so rich and inviting. Besides, Ingrid Bergman was one of the greatest actresses ever – so the dress might be lucky.
My hair is a soft, loosely wrapped chignon from Lelutka. I added the fabulous floral necklace and earrings from WTG. This happens to be something you can gift in-world if you’re thinking about Valentine’s Day. I bought the other color set fro Gidge for Christmas and was so impressed with the gifting set-up. I got to write a message and choose the wrapping paper on the box! Now that’s a gifting service.
The skin is the lovely Nico – a new release from Baiastice.

Thaattss right!! Superbowl weekend is coming at us in full steam!! I use to only watch the Superbowl for the commercials.. but year by year I have been getting more into the sport!! I am a HUGE Houston Texans fan since that’s where I am from.. But sadly.. They did not make it in this year.. OH WELL!! There is always next year!! 
Since the teams that are playing are the Patriots and the Giants.. I am ALL about NY this year!! GO BIG BLUE!!
The only place I ever buy any of my sports related clothes is from Red Dog Gear.. Amazing work on all of their products.. Every team.. Sport.. Jersey’s.. PJ’s.. Booty Shorts.. Hoodies.. You name it.. They got it!! and they ever do customized jerseys as well!! I will say though.. Buying a Patriots jersey hurt me almost as much as this tackle did!!
As I said.. I am a little bias this year.. and I am all about NY Giants.. But.. Bring on Sunday!! I am readyyyyy!! I have my jersey on and ready to go!! Who will you be rooting for? Patriots or the Giants? Check out a closer look at some of the jerseys and details..

If you know the creator of MIAO – Kesseret, you know that she’s a gun lover of the highest order. When the Zombie Apocalypse comes, you’ll want to be at her house.
So when this new item for STUMBLEBUM was sent to me, I misread the name as PINK DAWN which I then translated as a kinder gentler RED DAWN with less Commie Killing and more talking out our differences.

Enter the Hairy Dragon
Miss Lemon Sunday has been busy again, creating a new hair called Dragon; for her store Wasabi Pills. This is a mesh hair and it falls wonderfully, about the face and then is gripped loosely at the back in a band. The style comes in ladies and gents version, but being a lady ( no laughing please) I am only showing the ladies version. The usual colours just to give you a flavour of the design.

Yea my plan is working. With trembling note card in hand I sallied forth, to one of the most distinctive skin designers on the grid. Cstar Skins are no strangers to this blog. But i am proud, honoured and just plain pleased as punch; to be accepted in to their blogger programme *Polishes the tag, grinning*
So I nipped over to their monthly gatcha machine, for the February exclusive skin. Costing only 11$L today, the skin will increase in price each day by one Linden; till the new March skin is released. So the sooner you get it the less damage it will do to you wallet.

Let me just start by confessing that I hate Marketplace. I don’t dislike it. I hate it. I don’t use it for myself, but have thought it was an acceptable option for gift-giving, but I have changed my mind. After more than L1000 in presents were not delivered and the responsible store owners did nothing, did not even respond, I have decided that all my future gifting will be things that I can purchase in-wolrd, put in a nice box and hand over in person. I will also still use in-world gift vendors, but Marketplace is simply not an option for gifting until its delivery system becomes much more reliable. So, I thought I might spend some time highlighting a few stores where you can purchase gifts in advance of Valentine’s Day. Yesterday I highlighted some fabulous jewelry from Donna Flora, but sometimes you might want to give some clothing – and Chantkare is a great place to start. Most, though not all, of the items at Chantkare are transferrable. Be sure to check permissions before purchasing though since items with resize scripts are no trans.
Bright leopard prints are really hot this year and the Leo dress from Chantkare is sizzling. I paired it with some fun shoes from Nardcotix that can be styled in so many ways.
The heel and shaft of the shoe can be colored in a rainbow of primary colors. The vamp can be colored or covered with leopard skin or houndstooth and the top box can also be colored. This gives us an entire wardrobe in one shoe.
Exile released brand new hair that is adorably windswept by gentle breezes. It’s called Meg and is so well-fitted that it was easy to find poses that worked with the hair.
Baiastice has a brand new skin called Nico – a fabulous new entry with many different makeups and options.
