The Festival of Sin

The Festival of Sin opens its doors at 5PMSLT Today! This is a Secondlife celebration of all things sinful and it is definitely not an event for the faint-hearted! Wrath is full of blood and gore, Lust is all things passion and debauchery, Gluttony makes you hungry and Greed looks like somewhere straight out of a Bankers District, the event space as whole is fit to overflow with concentrated sin! The event is home to many highly sexual, violent and possibly politically incorrect images so if this will be something that you do not want to be around I suggest you think very carefully before venturing in, however, if sinning tickles your fancy this is an event stuffed full of things you will not want to miss out on!
Some basic information that you will be needing to know must be shared with you now! The sim is ADULT – unless you are age verified you won’t be able to enter the event location. There is a script counting gate at the main landing point! If you try to go in with more than 60 scripts working you will be barred from entering, so remove all those huds, scripted items and AOs so that you and everyone else can move around without too much lag! This won’t eradicate all of the lag but it may help to reduce it.
The landing point is a central location in the event space, from here there are 4 doorways leading out to Lust, Wrath, Vanity and Greed, with teleporters to take you to Sloth, Gluttony and Envy. However, the sim is laid out in a circular pattern, so you can walk through one door and wander through the sins as they follow each other. This is what I did when I was making my notes, so that is why the pictures flow as they do! I did put in pretty pictures to show you where one sin ends and another begins too, so you can keep track of where you want to head to!
You have until March 3rd to enjoy the Sin, and if you are like me I know you will enjoy it hehe!

Love is in the Air with Project Themeory!

Project Themeory is back with a new round of gorgeous gifties… This time it is all about Love! Love is in the air, what with Valentine’s Day rolling in on Tuesday, and so Themeory is celebrating all that is romantic, sweet, cute, pink, red or decorated with hearts! There are some adorable things out this week, I LOVE the mirror from Baffle, and the items from Concrete Flowers, OH and I had to buy two sets of hearty tights at Riddle… Don’t you just love it when you want a lot of the items in an event line up? I love it when weeks like this come around! What with everything being 75L too, it is hard to resist!
Currently there are a few MIA and problems. [the Skinnery] has it’s item out and ready for sale, however currently the ad board didn’t seem to be rezzing for me, I wonder if there was a texture issue? But I have put up a picture of me demoing the skin, so it doesn’t have a fancy store ad picture yet but least you can get an idea what it looks like and I would suggest you try the demo! Haut Monde, {Bingo} and Pestle %& Twig seem to be MIA but I will check back with them later to make sure!!

ZombiePopcorn Hunt 6

YAY the ZombiePopcorn Crew is back with one of their fantastic hunts! ZombiePopcorn Hunt 6 is the LOVE Edition. Do Zombies fall in love? This round of the hunt will let you discover the perfect goodies that may help you find out, or they may just be things that you fall in love with and need to own. I know I did when I opened each of the packages.

Vix became a member of the paparazzi again, shouting rebake and snapping all of the photos that went into the gallery of this post. Holiday Madness for Project Themory

Winter is well and truly upon us in my part of the world, the temperature has dropped and I wake up wanting to stay in bed all day! Project Themory is all about the Holiday Madness this week, and the stores seem to have pulled out the stops to bring the madness to you! At the time of posting only Riddle was totally MIA, but I had problems in getting the texture to appear at The Skinnery too. I think that the designer may have put a temporary texture on the box, although the item is there… I will make sure I get pictures up of these things as soon as I can!
